Art Beat, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "Art Beat") is pleased to announce that Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director & Group CEO: Shunsuke Muramatsu; hereafter referred to as "SMEJ") has acquired all shares of Art Beat from Startbahn Inc. (headquartered in Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Taihei Shii), making Art Beat a wholly owned subsidiary of SMEJ.
