Birdo Space by Birdo Flugas

Based in Shiogama City on the coast of Miyagi Prefecture, Birdo Space has been a venue where people and art converge, not only to provide a place to showcase art but also to give value and meaning to art itself and its existence.

Since opening in 2006 as part of the Birdo Flugas project, the gallery has held a variety of art exhibitions, workshops, and events by a diverse array of artists and creatives from both within Japan and abroad, building connections, fostering networks, and forging bonds between artists and the community at large.
